Bookkeeper for SLGA
The Scottish Ladies’ Golfing Association is the governing body for
ladies’ and girls’ amateur golf in Scotland.
Applications are invited for the following position which will be based in Perth.
BOOKKEEPER
(Part Time / Temporary)
Duties will include processing subscriptions / income received, banking, purchase ledger,
general reconciliations and report production, stock control and general financial administration.
The successful candidate will be IT literate, proficient in Excel, Word and Sage Line 50
(or equivalent alternative) with proven bookkeeping skills
and a track record of working on his/her own initiative.
They should be self motivated but able to work as part of a team
and have strong communication and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines are imperative.
A knowledge of ladies’ golf would be advantageous.
The position is available from 1 July 2010 until 31 January 2011 to cover for maternity leave.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
