Perth and Kinross County Golf Association held their AGM last week. As her last official duty, retiring Captain, Dawn Butchart, proposed honorary membership on the retiring County President, Liz Miskimmin. The new Captain is Lenore Kyle, and new President is Dorothy Farquhar.
