Angus county title double

Ailsa Summers, 15-year-old Carnoustie Ladies Golf Club member, followed up her victory in the recent Angus junior girls championship, by winning the Angus women's county title over the Montrose Links today.
Ailsa, the No 5 qualifier, beat the top seed and past champion, Kathleen Sutherland (Royal Montrose), playing over her home course, at the 19th in the morning semi-final and then triumphed by 3 and 2 in the final over the No 2 seed, Heather Anderson (Alyth).
