Shirley Harvey joint 13th in America
Shirley Harvey from Ballyclare, Antrim in Northern Ireland, a student at South Alabama University, finished joint 13th in the LDR Investments Intercollegiate women's tournament at The Bridges Golf Resort, Mississippi this week.
She had rounds of 75 and 79 for a total of 154 over the 6,147yd, par-72 course.
Triple joint winners on 147 were Lacy McKinley (McNeese State) (78-68), Maggie Welsh (McNeese State) (73-73) and Sara Hunt (Samford) (75-71).
McNeese State (597) won the team event from Sam Houston State (607), Samford (611) and South Alabama (621) in a field of 10.
