Jack Hiluta finishes joint fifth in
Mason Rudolph men's event
Jack Hiluta (South Alabama University) from Chelmsford finished joint fifth in the Mason Rudolph men's college championship over 54 holes at the Vanderbilt Legends Club, South Franklin in Tennessee.
Former England boy cap Hiluta scored 69, 70 and 70 for a four-under-par total of 209 over the par-71, 7,100yd course.
Kentucky's Ben Fuqua was the winner at 15-under-par 198 with scores of 68, 65 and 65.
Mark Trow (Memphis) from Oswestry tied for 35th place with rounds of 76, 69 anbd 74 for 219.
South Carolina (839) won the team event by eight shots from Kentucky. South Alabama (863) finished sixth and Memphis (864) seventh.
