DEESIDE’S VICKI SCORES FIRST WIN ON
ABERDEENSHIRE GIRLS’ CIRCUIT


Deeside youngster Vicki Powell scored her first win on the Aberdeenshire girls’ golf circuit in today's first competition of the new season.
Vicki scored 44 Stableford points off a handicap of 23 over the Silverburn course, Balgownie.
She pipped Kristina Vannet, daughter of the Peterculter Golf Club professional Dean Vannet by a single point.Kristina did not take up golf until six months ago and already has a handicap of 28.aber
Kirsten MacCallum (McDonald Ellon) was third with 40pt off 21.
