YOUNG SCOTS STARS SIGN
UP FOR US COLLEGES
Scottish boys' match-play golf champion Paul Ferrier (Baberton) has signed a Letter of Intent to enrol at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte next autumn.
Ayrshire boys champion Euan Brown (Kilmarnock Barassie), pictured left, has accepted the offer of a golf scholarship from St Mary's College of California, a few miles to the east of Oakland at a community called Moraga.
He too will go to the United States next August.
Both boys have been fixed up with US colleges by Lorne Kelly's ProDreamUSA company.
