ANOTHER BIG WIN FOR LORENA OCHOA

Mexican Lorena Ochoa continues to be her country's greatest sporting advertisement. The Rico Women's British Open champion just keeps on winning. Her latest triumph - by four shots - came on Sunday in the LPGA's Samsung World Championship at Bighorn Golf Club in Palm Desert, California.
Lorena had rounds of 68, 67, 69 and 66 over a par-72 course for an 18-under-par total of 270.
Michelle Wie, who played on an invitation - Annika Sorenstam decline hers because she said it would deprive someone who had earned a place in the field of their rightful spot - did not finish last as expected in the elite field of 20th. She came 19th.
