Stirling and Clackmannan Junior Championship

The Stirling & Clackmannan County Girls Championship was held yesterday at Glenbervie.
Twelve girls braved the elements, in particular very heavy rain at the start of their rounds. Louise McGregor of Falkirk Golf Club retained her scratch title with a very commendable 81. The handicap championship was won by Alison Goodwin of Glenbervie with a 95 less 18 (nett 77).
