- AND IT WAS A TIE FOR FIFTH

Lynn Kenny is a bit miffed this Sunday morning despite her fine performance to finish joint top Scot in a tie for fifth place in the De Vere Ladies Scottish Open on Saturday.

Lynn's E-mail to Kirkwoodgolf:

"Just read the LET website and the papers this morning and was sooo disappointed to see that I haven't got a mention as JOINT TOP SCOT alongside Janice - and we were fifth, my best finish to date.

"My sponsors (Archerfield Links) will read that and will be none the wiser unless they look at the actual scores on the live scoring! Gutted!

"Oh well, I guess in the grand scheme of things it's not important. The fact that I have all but secured my card for next year is the BIG picture - yeeehaa!

"Many thanks for your support, I'll go out and win next week."
