MICHELE AND EMILY NAMED BY SLGA
FOR THE SPIRIT TOURNAMENT
The Scottish Ladies Golfing Association have nominated Michele Thomson (McDonald Ellon) and Emily Ogilvy (Auchterarder), pictured right, to represent Scotland in The Spirit International mixed amateur tournament at Whispering Pines Golf Club, Houston in Texas, from October 24 to 27.
Both Michele and Emily are playing for Scotland in the women's home internationals which start at Dunbar Golf Club on Wednesday.
The Scottish Golf Union has yet to name the two men who will complete the team of four for the stroke-play tournament.
