HEATHER v CHRISTINE FOR SCOTTISH VETS' TITLE

North veterans' champion Heather Anderson (Downfield) is playing the Highland title-winner Christine McAndrew (Nairn Dunbar) in the final of the Scottish Veteran Ladies Golf Association championship over the Blairgowrie Lansdowne course this afternoon.
In the morning semi-finals, Heather beat Jean Brydson, the Galloway champion, by two holes while Christine beat Helen Faulds (Douglas Park), the West champion, by 2 and 1.
