ANOTHER TOP TEN FINISH

Gemma Webster, the Glasgow-born third-year student at Ohio State University, has achieved her second top-10 finish in as many weeks on the American women's college golf circuit.
Hilton Park member Gemma, pictured right from the Buckeyes' website, finished eighth in a field of 90 for the "Lady Northern" tournament over the Penn State University's Blue course (par-72, 6,288yd) with scores of 72, 76 and 75 for 223. Her birdie at the 17th in her closing round was Gemma's seventh of the tournament. She also had a double bogey 6 at the third hole in her second round.
Irish intenational Tara Delaney (Kent State) from Carlow finished close behind the Scot in joint ninth place on 224 with 76, 76 and 72 for 224. Tara came home in 33 with birdies at the 11th, 13th and 18th in her final round.
In her second round, Tara had a triple bogey 7 at the second and a double bogey 5 at the short 14th.
Tara's Kent State team-mate Kira Meixner won the event with 66, 73 and 73 for four-under-par 212. She won by three strokes from Laura Kueny (Michigan State).
Kent State (878) won the team event from Michigan State (883) with Indiana (900) third and Ohio State fourth on 905.
