FINAL DAY OF BRITISH WOMEN'S
OPEN AMATEUR STROKE-PLAY

News from the Conwy course:

Carly Booth (Comrie) had to retire from the tournament after a third-round 80 because she had suffered a painful wrist injury.
Carly finished sixth in this championship last year.

Henrietta Brockway, the new British girls' champion from Yeovil, had to withdraw from the final two rounds. She was up all night being sick. Food poisoning suspected.
