VIKKI 74 IN WIND AND RAIN AT SYRACUSE
Vikki Laing had a three-over-par 74 on a day of wind and rain for the first round of the Duramed Futures Tour event, the Alliance Bank Classic at The Links at Erie Village golf course, Syracuse in New York State.
Vikki had halves of 38 and 36 over the 6,206yd course against the par of 36-35.
She was in joint 34th position, four shots behind a group of seven sharing the lead on 70.
