KEENAN CAN'T BEAT DOUBLE BOGEY
MAN IN LAS VEGAS EVENT

Farren Keenan from Middlesex, a senior year student at Texas University, finished 56th in a field of 81 for the Southern Highlands Collegiate championship over the Southern Highlands course (7,510yd, par-72) near Las Vegas, Nevada.
Farren shot rounds of 76, 78 and 78 for a total of 232 and a share of 56th place.
Keenan, pictured above, had a double bogey 5 at the short eighth in the third round, a repeat performance of his score at that hole in the second round.
He had five double bogeys over the 36 holes.
Lucas Lee (UCLA) won the title with 69, 72 and 72 for 213, one shot ahead of Alex Volpenhein (Kentucky) (70-75-69). Three players tied for third place on 215.
Former British boys open champion Pablo Martin (Oklahoma State) from Spain had one of his poorer tournaments. He finished in joint 42nd place with 77, 76 and 75 for 228.
UCLA (874) won the team title from Georgia (877) with Arizona (885) third. Texas (904) finished 13th in a field of 15.
