LADIES EUROPEAN TOUR

JULIE FORBES FINDS SOME FORM FOR JOINT
11TH PLACE WITH ONE ROUND TO GO

Aboyne exile Julie Forbes will start Sunday's final round in the Austrian Ladies Open at Fohrenwald-Weiner Golf Club in joint 11th place at four-under-par 212. She has scored 79, 69 and 68 - her best scoring for some time.
Lynn Kenny, sponsored by the Clydesdale Bank, and Inverness-based Kiwi Liz McKinnon are bracketedon the 52nd mark at four-over 220.
Lynn has scored 70, 70 and 76. She had a double-bogey 7 at the 18th in the first round and a double -bogey 6 at the seventh hole in her third-round halves of 40 and 36.
Mrs McKinnon has scored 73, 73 and 74.
Five times Solheim Cup player and LPGA Tour regular Sophie Gustafson has a commanding five-stroke lead with 18 holes to play. She has put together scores of 71, 64 and 65 for an impressive 16-under-par tally of 200.
That puts the Swedish player well ahead of second placed Australian Anne-Marie Knight who has had scores of 71, 77 and 63.
Laura Davies and Lisa Hall are joint third on 206. Laura has scored 70, 70 and 66. Lisa Hall has had 69, 69 and 68.
