LADIES EUROPEAN TOUR
CLARE AND LIZ BEAT CUT BUT LYNN
MISSES OUT ONCE AGAIN
Clare Queen and Liz McKinnon were among the 70 players with 36-hole totals of 149 or better who survived the cut in the Nykredit Masters at Odense Golf Club on Friday.
Sadly, Lynn Kenny missed another and she is running out of opportunities to win enough money to retain her Ladies European Tour card for next year without having to go back to the Tour Schoo.
Clare and Liz both scored 74 and 73 for three-over 147 to be tied for 37th place. Clare had birdies at the fourth and 15th; Liz only one, at the 16th.
Lynn had rounds of 72 and 79 for seven-over 151.
Stefania Croce (Italy) leads the field at seven-under-par 137 with scores of 65 and 72.
She is two shots ahead of two players, Karen Margethe Juul (Denmark) (72-67) and Laura Davies (70-69).
