ENNISCORTHY MIXED FOURSOMES
CHAMPIONS OF IRELAND

Enniscorthy Golf Club, champions of Leinster, won the Irish mixed foursomes club title for the first time, and also the club’s first ever green pennant, when they beat the Munster champions, Nenagh Golf Club, 3 1/2-1 1/2 in the All-Ireland Final at Clandeboye Golf Club.

In the semi-finals Enniscorthy defeated the Ulster champions, Scrabo Golf Club by 3 ½ to 1 ½ while Nenagh beat the Connacht champions, Ballinasloe Golf club by the same margin.
