MIDLAND VETS CHAMPIONSHIP

FIONA BEATS EMMA IN FINAL

 

 

St Andrews hotelier Fiona De Vries (St Rule) is the new Midland Veteran Ladies Golf Association champion. She beat Lorna Bennett (Ladybank) by 2 and 1 in the final at Ladybank.

In the semi-finals – Fiona beat Emma Wilson (Elie & Earlsferry) by 2 and 1 while Lorna beat Margaret Tough (Falkirk) 3 and 2.
