LINZI MORTON MISSES CUT ON FUTURES TOUR

Former Scottish champion Linzi Morton from Alloa missed the 36-hole cut in the latest US Futures Tour event, the $70,000 Chevrolet Classic at Willowbend Golf Club in Wichita, Kansas.
Miss Morton had scores of 78 and 75 for 153, three strokes too many to qualify for the final round.
Former Curtis Cup player Rebecca Hudson from Doncaster made it through with little to spare. She scored 74 and 76 for 150 and joint 51st place.
Rebecca Proud (Sussex) also missed the cut with 155 (76 and 79).
But Lisa Hall from Stoke is doing well. She is lying in joint fourth place on 142 after scores of 73 and 69.
Stacy Prammanasudh from Oklahoma, a former University of Tulsa star of the American college circuit, leads by three strokes with six-under-par 138.
