LEINSTER WIN IRISH GIRLS’ PROVINCIAL
TITLE AFTER LAST-DAY ABANDONMENT
Leinster were declared the winners of the Irish girls’ provincial championship when bad weather forced the abandonment of the final day’s play at Warrenpoint Golf Club.
The final placings were:
1 Leinster, 2 Connacht, 3 Ulster, 4 Munster.
